How to brew:

1 teaspoon into your cup or teapot. Hot water, 3 minutes. Done. Re-brew 2–3 times — the second brew is often the best. For iced: brew double strength, pour over ice. Add a squeeze of lemon if you want something bright.

Where it comes from:

We found this tea in a small shop in Japan in 2022. Couldn't find it anywhere in Canada when we got home. Spent a year sourcing the right buckwheat — high-altitude grown, properly roasted — and brought it here ourselves. May Nights is a Canadian family business.
