Buckwheat Tea Guide
Origins
Grown in the Daliang Mountains of the eastern Tibetan Plateau—one of the historic heartlands of Tartary buckwheat—our tea comes from high-altitude farms above 2,600 meters.
These alpine conditions, with cold temperatures and intense sunlight, naturally enhance the plant’s production of rutin, a powerful antioxidant. The remote environment and traditional, low-intervention farming practices help preserve the purity and quality of every harvest.
From carefully selected seeds to gentle roasting, every step is crafted to deliver exceptional flavour and quality from field to cup.
Unique Taste
One of the reasons we started this business was because we couldn't find a buckwheat tea that was as delicious as the one we tried the first time in our lives (see our story).
Our tea's taste is unlike any other buckwheat tea out there. We tested dozens of teas until we arrived at the delicious nutty cookie flavour available at our store today.
Brewing Instructions
Brewing May Nights Buckwheat Tea is a breeze:
- Simply take one teaspoon of pellets
- Steep in hot water for 3 minutes.
For a stronger flavor, you can add more granules or steep longer, but be careful not to overbrew. Enjoy the soothing aroma as the tea infuses, then pour into your favorite mug and sip away.
