1. Our "First Bag" Happiness Guarantee

We know that the nutty, toasted flavor of buckwheat tea is a unique experience. If you are a first-time customer and find that you don't enjoy the taste, we want to make it right.

  • The Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first bag, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • The Resolution: We will issue a full refund for that single bag—no return shipping required.
  • Limits: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a single unit per household.

2. 30-Day Return Window

For all other situations (such as unopened products or bulk purchases), we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

3. Eligibility & Condition

To ensure food safety and quality standards, the following rules apply:

  • Unopened Items: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Bulk Orders: If you purchased multiple bags, only one bag may be opened to qualify for our "First Bag" Guarantee. All other bags must remain factory-sealed to be eligible for a refund.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How to Start a Return

  • For "First Bag" Guarantee claims: Simply send us your order number and a brief note about your experience.
  • For physical returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We provide a pre-paid shipping label. There is no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind (Unopened Items): For unopened bags being returned outside of our "First Bag" Guarantee, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if a physical return was required), we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
